Southall FC sign a partnership with fresh food service restaurant Subway.
Southall Football Club are delighted to announce a partnership with the local Subway store in Southall, which will see the famous submarine sandwich makers become the Club’s Official Food Partner.
The partnership runs from the beginning of the 2014/15 campaign.
Established in 1965. Fred De Luca founded the 1st Subway Store in Connecticut, USA. The company has since grown into a multi-billion pound business, with 42,061 outlets in 107 countries. The low fat menu is popular with customers around the world. The brand has endorsed all four of the UK Government’s Responsibility Pledges, committing to reduce salt, eliminate transfats, display nutritional information on menu boards and cut calories across the product range.
Subway Southall franchisee Jitin Dixit said: “We are very proud and excited to be able to support the great work the Southall Sports Trust does in the community. Southall is a unique part of London close to our hearts and we are fortunate that we can help serve the local community in this way.”
